“When women gather and connect together through rituals, we access unbound and sacred feminine power to navigate change.”
The Power of Women's Circles
Though the names and variations have changed, women's circles have existed for centuries. Over the years, women have faced persecution, and many were accused of witchcraft and executed for attempting to create these spaces of symbolic observance. It wasn’t until the mid to late 1900s that women's circles started to reemerge, and only in the last decade have they become common in the West. Today, women worldwide have created many diverse ways to explore spirituality, celebrate femininity, and support one another in their journeys through the beauty of holding a circle. There is a rich history in the circle of supporting women and their mental health, often tied to the cycles of the moon or menstruation. At Connective Rituals, we do things a bit different. We offer a blueprint that guides you in creating circles to foster self-discovery, empower you to take charge of your mind, understand your body, and build lasting sisterly bonds, while enhancing your well-being through personal insight, honoring your body’s energy, and navigating the landscape of change.
