The coaching program is all about you- working closely, one -on-one, to empower you to take back your life and start pathing a way more connection and joy. Over the next three months, we’ll tailor our sessions to your unique physical, emotional and mindset needs.

We’ll tailor every session to fit your unique physical, emotional, and mindset needs. Whether in person or virtually, together, we’ll work on reconnecting you to your body and mind improving your relationship with self and others. You’ll learn about how the body processes stress, emotional regulation techniques and movement meditations to increase physical well-being. 

At the same time, we’ll explore your mindset, identifying negative thought patterns, attachment wounds, and trauma responses. We’ll work on rewiring how your brain processes fear, guilt, and shame, while setting achievable goals to help you reach where you want to be. My aim is to empower you with the confidence to take radical responsibility for your life, creating a path toward greater connection, joy, and fulfillment.

Relationship Therapist

Both people need a presence and a voice in the relationship. 

I help couples work through relationship challenges to increase intimacy, break conflict cycles and provide tools to foster open communication, and strengthen emotional connection and well-being.

Yoga + Somatic Exercises

Yoga stimulates the vagus nerve, the information highway connecting your mind and body. All of my programs incorporate mind and body connection practices to teach you how to balance your energy centers through proper alignment and movement.

My coaching program blends personalized body and mind work to help you regulate your nervous system, mindset work that involves identifying negative thought and behavioral patterns, unpack the effects of trauma and attachment wounds, and set realistic goals for the life you want to build.

Mind-Body  Retreats

You'll learn emotional regulation, nervous system rebalancing, co-regulation skills, communication tools, boundary setting, and conflict repair strategies to improve connection and resolve conflicts.
